Gather your ingredients.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 16 oz. uncooked lasagna sheets
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 cups baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (14.5 oz.)
  • 1 cup butternut squash puree
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pound Italian chicken sausage, cooked and diced
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan

First thing's first: preheat the oven to 400°F.
