Aperol Spritz

It doesn't get much better than the classic Italian Aperol Spritz. Different than Campari, Aperol is lower in alcohol (11 percent alcohol by volume), boasting somewhat sweeter orange and mandarin flavours. When mixed with Prosecco and sparkling water, this recipe is the perfect companion for brunch or it can be served as an apéritif during cocktail hour at your next party.
