Upgrade Your Salad With Homemade Dressing

Store bought dressings tend to contain inflammatory ingredients such as soybean oil, sugar, and excess sodium, Ginet warns. You can customise any salad with an easy and healthy homemade dressing by mixing one part vinegar (Apple cider vinegar/lime/lemon) to three parts extra-virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. If you fancy something creamier, add a little dijon mustard. These can be stored in the fridge up to 7-10 days.
