To start, cut your goat cheese using a wire cheese slicer or knife, and roll it into a ball (I would advise that you wear gloves), gently flattening it on the top. Then, carefully press your edible flowers into your goat cheese while trying to balance out the colours of the flowers. For edible flowers, check out your local Whole Foods or order some from Gourmet Sweet Botanicals or a local flower farmer.
