Dinner buffets can be hit or miss, but the one at Boma at is a major hit! It features a rotating menu of soups and salads, incredible barbecue ribs, and, of course, tons of sweet desserts. Make a reservation for early in the evening then head outside to the savanna overlook at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge to watch the animals.
