Your Belongings Should Be Easy In, Easy Out

My mom always emphasises the importance of easy in, easy out. In other words, it should be easy to both put things away and to take things out. For example, don't store a heavily used kitchen item way at the back of a cluttered drawer or put sweaters on a low shelf. Instead, make things as easy and accessible for yourself as possible.
