Draw a Relaxing Bath

Add bubbles, bath salts, even some essential oils — 6 to 8 drops should do the trick — and soak in. Breathe in, and breathe out, letting all the uncertainties go. If you're feeling a little extra, get some candles, play your favourite songs, dim the lights, and enjoy the fact that you can take that moment for yourself because you're worth it.
