On Monday she and Marc welcomed their third child, Jasper Clinton Mezvinsky. "We are overflowing with love and gratitude and can't wait to introduce him to his big sister and brother," she wrote.

Jasper is Chelsea and Marc's third child and though you might call them experts at this time, they certainly deserve all the cheers and rest they can get!
