If you're not staying at (or visiting) The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort for the s'mores, at least stop in for the horseback riding, where those ages 9 and up can journey through the woodlands to see deer, armadillos, rabbits, ducks, and more. There are also pony, wagon, and carriage rides. You can also make a day of it by trying your hand at archery and checking out the on-site petting zoo.
