One of the sweetest toys at Toy Fair, Rescue Runts, are down-on-their-luck plush puppies and kittens in need of loving homes. The animals come in need of a some grooming with "fleas" in their hair and "tears" in their eyes. Once kids clean them them up, they turn into adorable pets. Rescue Runts will be available this Summer for $20.
