In 2019, more women will have seats at the table. A record-breaking number of women (more than 100!) were elected to US Congress during the 2018 midterm elections, and we can expect see continued momentum of females taking charge in the political sphere as America approaches its 2020 election. In the UK, we have 208 female MPs in the House of Commons, including a female Prime Minister.
