Chrissy Teigen's Twitter feed is basically my Bible. Despite being a successful model, chef, author, and so much more, she's still so relatable. She keeps it real about both the good and bad, and this week, she tweeted the perfect present for "anxious beings" like myself: scratch art for adults.
In the video, Chrissy shows the "big kid version" of her daughter Luna's scratch-off art, which was a detailed, black and white line drawing of a city. She meticulously scratches the thin, white lines of the cityscape with an exacto knife to reveal a gold background underneath. She even took the relaxation up a notch by doing it on the couch by the fire while watching Toy Story. Now if that isn't the best form of adult self-care, we don't know what is.
