Get ready for your body clock to be thrown way off again, because daylight saving time is coming to an end this Sunday, Nov. 3. At 2 a.m. on Sunday, our clocks will be set back by one hour, and for many of us, this time change isn't so bad since we actually gain an extra hour of sleep instead of losing one.
