Use a nude slip dress as your foundation. Print or cut a felt decal of the Starbucks logo and iron it onto the dress. Fold pieces of thick ivory fabric, and sew it onto the top of the dress to get the whipped cream effect. Paint a paper towel tube green and glue it to the inside of the dress.
