One of the sweetest toys at Toy Fair, Rescue Runts ($20) are down-on-their-luck plush puppies and kittens in need of loving homes. The animals come in need of a some grooming with "fleas" in their hair and "tears" in their eyes. Once kids clean them them up, they turn into adorable pets.
