The second lunar eclipse of the year, Nov. 19's celestial happening is slightly less dramatic than May's total lunar eclipse. This partial lunar eclipse occurs as the moon passes through Earth's partial shadow. Only part of the Moon will darken, and will be visible in most of the world.
