Her black-and-white Balmain jumpsuit featured an intricately woven texture and some serious all-over checkerboard print — which meant she needed only a pair of Givenchy heels and a bold red lip to finish. Miley Cyrus put the never-ending breakup rumors to rest when she put her engagement ring on display while walking the red carpet at the Maxim Hot 100 party at Create nightclub in LA last night. She wore a Valentino jumpsuit and flashed her bauble, which has been the subject of a lot of speculation after rumors surfaced in March that her relationship with Liam Hemsworth was on the rocks. Since the gossip began, Miley has been spotted not wearing her ring, and she ditched her bling when she attended the 2013 Met Gala earlier this month. However, she could have forgone the accessory in order to maintain her Marc Jacobs punk look, which featured several big rings.

Engagement rings aside, Miley has had a busy Spring so far. She earned the top spot on Maxim's Hot 100 list, which she celebrated by taking part in a sexy photo shoot. Miley is also focused on her upcoming new album and has been tweeting photos of herself in the recording studio. She also teased that she will make a "special announcement" at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday.

Miley Cyrus bares it all on the cover and inside Maxim's annual Hot 100 issue, in which she is named the hottest woman of the year. Miley was apparently so excited she leaked the news before Maxim even had the chance to. Five days before yesterday's official announcement, Miley joined Instagram and dedicated her first post to expressing her gratitude for being crowned No. 1 on Maxim's Hot 100 list.

Inside the issue, Miley said, "It feels amazing to be No. 1, especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world!" She added, "It's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No. 1 on Maxim's Hot 100! So crazy!" Miley landed the top spot ahead of No. 4 Mila Kunis, No. 8 Kate Upton, and No. 14 Beyoncé Knowles. Maxim will host its annual Hot 100 party in LA next Wednesday, honoring Miley's new title.

Miley's been getting in on the Oscars action over the weekend, kicking off the festivities at photographer Mario Testino's pre-Oscar party in LA last night. Kim Kardashian was another star to attend both Mario's gallery opening and Elton's annual party. She shared her excitement over on Twitter, saying, "I love Oscar Sunday! I can't wait to see what everyone wears!"

Elton's viewing party also brought out Heidi Klum, who reunited with pal Naomi Campbell for the fundraiser, which benefits Elton's AIDS Foundation. Elton and David Furnish even brought one of their adorable sons to join in on their festivities.

Marc's show taking place at the end of Fashion Week wasn't intentional — it was originally scheduled for Monday, but was moved due to delivery delays caused by snowstorm Nemo. Both Miley and Christina showed off their midriffs in belly-baring Marc Jacobs ensembles. Meanwhile, Marc Jacobs's muse Sofia Coppola showed her support for her longtime friend when she dropped by in one of his striped t-shirts. Fashion Week fixture Rachel Zoe also made an appearance in a dramatic blue and white striped frock.

Miley Cyrus kept herself busy during New York Fashion Week, visiting shows for Marchesa and Rachel Zoe as well as hosting a party for Cosmopolitan magazine. Miley isn't just at the shows to make appearances — she might be checking out gowns for her upcoming wedding to Liam Hemsworth. Miley said that Marchesa is "definitely" a possibility for her wedding dress, but noted that she has "so many options" at this point.
