"For the lighter blondes, very pale babylights — almost white blond — will be trending, especially around the face and lighter at the ends," she said. "This icy hair colour is a bit bolder but isn't as extreme as platinum. This is great for neutral to cooler skin tones, and looks great against a spray tan."
If you have warmer undertones, Brown says you can still pull off the pale blond look, but you might need to warm up your base colour first. "Try a creamier blond colour Dove Cameron or Lili Reinhardt," she said.
