Jungen Silicone Makeup Brush Cleaning Mat

Makeup brushes are the one thing we should probably all be cleaning more often. If you need a little assistance in that area, turn to Jungen Silicone Makeup Brush Cleaning Mat (£1). The rubbery mat featured different shaped ridges and grooves — some for lathering, others for rinsing — that you run the bristles of your brushes over. Simply apply cleanser (I tend to prefer cheap facial cleanser or specific makeup brush cleaner like Spectrum's Brush Cleaner, over hand soap to avoid breakouts) to the silicone surface, get your brushes wet, and, using circular motions, rub them gently over the different grooves and watch as your old makeup rinses away. Continue doing this until the water from the brush runs clear.
