Bioeffect Micellar Cleansing Water

While some may dismiss micellar water as a face wash for when you're feeling lazy, the Bioeffect Micellar Cleansing Water ($56, originally $70) is anything but that. It does contain micelles to draw out oil and dirt and help remove makeup, but it adds in hydrating agents to not leave skin stripped afterwards. It's also great for sensitive faces as its base is Icelandic water that's filtered through inert volcanic lava, resulting in a low concentration of irritating minerals like calcium and magnesium when it's done.
