For the most part, the toner's viscosity can be credited to the cactus water. Think about how cacti typically survive: they're pros at retaining water and going days without additional hydration. That's sort of what this ingredient does for your skin. Luckily, that level of goopy-ness doesn't leave behind a sticky reside after application. That's another unique feature of this toner. Unlike even the most watery toners out there, the Watermelon Glow Toner sinks into skin almost immediately. While it's still slightly damp (not sticky), I apply my serum or moisturiser and go on with my routine.
