Lizzo's makeup artist, Alexx Mayo, gave the singer a blue-black lip using Charlotte Tilbury products that complemented her dramatic gown and a faux lip ring to top it off. She also wore her hair slicked back for the wet look, which was created by hairstylist Shelby Swain using Matrix and GHD Hair products.
