Dolly Parton has always kept it real — and that extends to the cosmetic work she's had done in past, including breast implants, eyelid surgery, and a brow lift. "I wasn't naturally pretty, so I make the most of anything I've got," she said in an interview with CBS Sunday Morning. "I'm not a natural beauty, but I can enhance it. Whatever it takes, I do. I try to make the most of everything."
In 2011, Parton also joked in an interview with The Guardian that "if something is bagging, sagging, or dragging, I'll tuck it, suck it or pluck it."
