Nancy Xu is making her Strictly debut this year, after Pasha Kovalev stepped down. She was a finalist on So You Think You Can Dance in China and has performed in Burn the Floor.

Aljaz Skorjanec joined the Strictly family in 2013 with a bang, winning with Abbey Clancy that year. He's married to fellow Strictly pro Janette Manrara.

Janette Manrara also joined the show in 2013. She lifted the Christmas glitterball trophy with Aston Merrygold in 2018, after competing with him in the full 2017 series.

AJ Pritchard started on the show in 2016 and immediately made it to the semi-final. He's repeated that performance each year but has yet to make it all the way to the final.

This is Amy Dowden's third year on Strictly, having joined in 2017. Although she's yet to make it to the final, she made history as the first ever Welsh professional on the show.

Strictly stalwart Anton du Beke has been there since the start. Despite his history with the show, he's never lifted the glitterball — the closest he got was in 2015 with Katie Derham, making it to the final and finishing fourth.

Joining in 2015, Oti Mabuse went all the way to the final in 2016 with Danny Mac. In 2019, her sister, Motsi, is joining the judging panel, and Oti knows a thing or two about being that side of the table, too, as judge and coach on BBC One's The Greatest Dancer in 2019.

Kevin Clifton joined the show in 2013 and, after making it to four consecutive finals from 2014 (always the bridesmaid, never the bride), he finally lifted the glitterball trophy in 2018 with his partner Stacey Dooley.

Karen Hauer (formerly Karen Clifton on the show, before her split from fellow pro Kevin) is Strictly's longest-serving female professional. She started in 2012, made it to the final in 2014 with Mark Wright, and reached the quarter finals in 2018 with Charles Venn.

Giovanni Pernice got his Strictly career off to a strong start in 2015 by reaching the final with partner Georgia May Foote. He's made it to the final twice since, with Debbie McGee in 2017 and Faye Tozer in 2018.

Katya Jones joined the show in 2016 and went all the way to the top in 2017 when she lifted the glitterball with Joe McFadden. In 2018 her off-screen antics with celeb partner Seann Walsh grabbed the headlines.

Katya's husband, Neil Jones, has been part of the pro family since 2016, but has yet to be given a celebrity partner on the main show. He's taken part in the group performances, been on the live tour, and also partnered with Caroline Flack for the Christmas special.

This is Dianne Buswell's third year on the show, having joined in 2017. She made it to the final with partner Joe Suggs in 2018.

Gorka Marquez joined the show in 2016, making it to the final in 2017 with Alexandra Burke. In 2019 he welcomed a baby with Gemma Atkinson, whom he met on the show in 2017.

Graziano Di Prima only joined Strictly in 2018 and made it to week five with Vick Hope.

Nadiya Bychkova got to the quarter final with Davood Ghadami in the year she joined, 2017, and then in 2018 made it to week three with Lee Ryan.

Johannes Radebe joined the UK Strictly lineup as one of three new pros in 2018, having reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing South Africa twice. He's yet to have a celeb partner, but that could change in 2019.

Luba Mushtuk officially joined the lineup in 2018, alongside Graziano and Johannes, but has actually worked on the show since 2016 as an assistant choreographer, also performing on the live tours. Will 2019 be the year she gets a celeb partner?

Reunited and it feels so good. The 18 pros together for series 17.
