Princess Anne's daughter, Zara Phillips, married rugby player Mike Tindall on July 30, 2011, at Canongate Kirk church in Edinburgh, Scotland. As required by the Royal Marriages Act 1772 (which has since been repealed) Zara's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, gave her consent to their marriage a few months before their wedding day.
