The singer and makeup mogul of course proceeded to exceed everyone's expectations with her pope-inspired Margiela outfit, which met the "Heavenly Bodies" theme inspired by the relationship between fashion and religion.
In addition to hosting countless stars and fashion industry people, this year's Met Gala also featured an intimate performance by Madonna for guests inside. All in all, the over-the-top and star-studded event ended up giving us further proof that Rihanna sure knows how to throw a party.
