She Went to High School With Ansel Elgort and Timothée Chalamet
Van Patten, Ansel Elgort and Timothée Chalamet go way back. The trio attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, a prestigious art school nestled in the heart of New York City where they spent four hours a day just in acting class. In fact, Van Patten has her old buddy Elgort to thank for introducing her to Emily Gerson Saines, who went on to become her manager. Funny enough, the whole thing went down at Elgort's birthday party. "She's amazing. She saw something in me and I'm so thankful for that. Once I signed with her everything started coming together," she told Interview Magazine.
