It's unclear when the couple first got together; but in 2016, Margaret hinted at their relationship in an interview with Vs. Magazine where she mentioned "visiting her boyfriend" on the set of the 2013 film Palo Alto. They made it red carpet official with a kiss at the premiere of Nat Wolff's 2014 movie A Fault in Our Stars. Sadly, things fizzled out. In Margaret's 2017 interview with Vogue, Wolff is referred to as her "ex-boyfriend."
