Who Are the Grey's Anatomy Cast Dating? Here's the Scoop on Their IRL Love Lives

To say that the love lives of the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are complicated would be an understatement. In season 17 of Grey's Anatomy, Jo and Jackson are trying to figure out their relationship status, Maggie and Winston are falling for each other, Owen and Teddy are seemingly over, Amelia and Link are struggling as new parents, and Levi and Nico are still reeling from their breakup — and the season has only just begun. Ellen Pompeo

Ellen Pompeo and her music producer husband, Chris Ivery, became friends in 2003 after they met in an LA grocery store, but they didn't start dating until six months later. They tied the knot in 2007, and they have since welcomed three children together: 11-year-old Stella Luna, six-year-old Sienna May, and three-year-old Eli Christopher.

Chandra Wilson

Chandra Wilson and her partner have been together for over 30 years, and though he's accompanied her to a few events over the years, she's never publicly revealed his name. The two have welcomed three children together: 27-year-old Sarina, 22-year-old Joylin, and 15-year-old Michael.

James Pickens, Jr.

James Pickens, Jr. and his wife, Gina Taylor-Pickens (who's a former member of the music group Musique), have been married for over 36 years, having walked down the aisle in 1984. Together the couple has raised two children named Gavyn and Carl.

Kevin McKidd

Kevin McKidd and his chef wife, Arielle Goldrath, got hitched in March 2018, just over a year after Kevin finalized his divorce from his first wife of 17 years, Jane Parker. He shares two children with Jane — 20-year-old Joseph and 18-year-old Iona — and he has welcomed two more children with Arielle: two-year-old Aiden and one-year-old Nava.

Jesse Williams

In May 2019, Jesse Williams went public with his current girlfriend, actress and dancer Taylour Paige, and as of December 2020, the two are still going strong. It's rumoured the two first met when Taylour appeared in a 2016 episode of Grey's Anatomy, but the couple has never confirmed that claim. Jesse was previously married to real estate broker Aryn Drake-Leefor five years before filing for divorce in April 2017. The exes share two children together: seven-year-old Sadie and five-year-old Maceo. The actor also briefly dated Minka Kelly, his costar from The Butler, before getting together with Taylour.

Caterina Scorsone

After more than 10 years of marriage, Caterina Scorsone filed for divorce from her musician husband Rob Giles in May 2020. During their decade-long married, the couple welcomed three children together: eight-year-old Eliza, four-year-old Paloma "Pippa" Michaela, and Arwen, who was born in December 2019. At the moment, it doesn't seem as though Caterina is dating anyone new.

Camilla Luddington

Camilla Luddington and her actor husband, Matthew Alan, first met while working at an LA restaurant together, and the two dated for more than 10 years before he popped the question on New Year's Eve 2018. The couple then tied the knot in August 2019, and together they share two children: three-year-old Hayden and Lucas Matthew, who was born in soon after their first wedding anniversary in August 2020.

Kelly McCreary

Kelly McCreary met her director husband Pete Chatmon on the set of Grey's Anatomy back in 2017, and the couple dated for two years before they said "I do" in May 2019, just five months after they got engaged. Before getting together with Pete, Kelly was tight-lipped about her private life, so it's unclear whether she had any other serious relationships in the past.

In April 2019, Giacomo Gianniotti married makeup artist Nichole Gustafson in Rome. The two first met on the set of a photoshoot in Beverly Hills, and they got engaged on Thanksgiving 2017 after more than a year of dating.

In March 2016, Chris decided to pop the question, and six months later in August 2016, he and Erin welcomed their daughter Kai, who's now four years old. After a long engagement, the couple finally got married in October 2018.
