Classic Joey Tribbiani

Friends diehards undoubtedly remember Joey for his trademark "How you doin'?" line used to try to get a new girl or even just a favour from the rest of the Friends gang.

What to wear: Flannel shirt, jeans, and a sly expression.

Ross as the Holiday Armadillo

When Ross's son, Ben, is staying with him over the holidays, he decides to take advantage of the opportunity to teach him about Hanukkah and their Jewish heritage. He entices him by promising that Santa Claus will also make an appearance, but quickly realises he's too late in ordering a Santa suit and settles for dressing as the "holiday armadillo" when costume pickings are slim.

What to wear: An armadillo costume, such as this one, available on Amazon.

Rachel in Her Bridesmaid Dress

Who could forget not only the irony of Rachel serving as her former best friend Mindy's bridesmaid in her wedding to Rachel's ex-fiancé Barry but also the ridiculous dress she had to wear for it?

What to wear: A bubblegum pink taffeta dress with a closely matching hat. If you're feeling particularly brave, you can tuck the back into your underwear (or short shorts) to walk just as Rachel inadvertently did in the wedding procession.

Monica Wearing a Turkey on Her Head

In "The One With All the Thanksgivings," Chandler learns that Monica purposely dropped a knife to cut his toe when they were younger because she had overheard him call her fat. Chandler is understandably upset, so Monica attempts to make amends by making him laugh when she puts the whole raw Thanksgiving turkey on her head with sunglasses over it and dances around.

What to wear: Black pants and a green shirt, along with yellow sunglasses. If you're grossed out by the idea of wearing a raw turkey, you could also do this with a stuffed turkey hat, which would likely be more comfortable, too.

Phoebe Trying to Seduce Chandler

In "The One Where Everybody Finds Out," most of the gang finds out that Monica and Chandler are seeing each other, so they hatch a plot to get them to confess, which involves Phoebe trying to seduce Chandler until he breaks down.

What to wear: A royal blue dress with a matching lacy bra on display, along with one of Phoebe's signature updos.

Monica, Phoebe, and Rachel Drinking Beers in Wedding Dresses

In "The One With All the Wedding Dresses," Monica is tasked with picking up Ross's fiancée Emily's wedding dress and can't resist trying it on when the store owner mistakes her for the bride. She continues the charade at home while doing the dishes, and then Phoebe shows up later also wearing a dress while also pregnant with the triplets she's carrying as a surrogate for her brother. When Rachel eventually shows up lamenting the woes of her love life, the scene cuts to the three of them in white dresses drinking beers on the couch.

What to wear: White prom-style dresses, DIY mesh veils, and your favourite bottle of beer.

Joey as Chandler, Wearing His Entire Wardrobe

In "The One Where No One's Ready," Chandler and Joey are having a disagreement about personal space in their apartment, which leads to Chandler stealing all of his underwear and Joey retaliating by putting on all of Chandler's clothes at once, proclaiming, "I'm Chandler. Could I BE wearing any more clothes?"

What to wear: About a dozen button-down shirts layered under a jacket, and a few pairs of pants layered on top of each other.

Rachel as a Central Perk Waitress

Before she hit it big at Ralph Lauren, Rachel worked as a waitress at the gang's coffee shop hangout, Central Perk. Her signature '90s denim work outfits were what made this part of her story stand out, though.

What to wear: A sleeveless denim dress, thick belt, half-apron, and a tray.

Monica in Her Chef's Uniform

In the later seasons of Friends, Monica is living her dream working as head chef at a trendy restaurant, though she's often stressed and sometimes mocked by her coworkers.

What to wear: A white double-breasted jacket, black pants, traditional chef's hat, and bossy attitude.

Monica and Ross Performing "The Routine"

In "The One With the Routine," Monica and Ross are psyched when Joey's girlfriend Janine invites them to a taping of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. When the big night arrives, they're dismayed to see the camera crew won't pan on them, so they bust out a hilarious dance number from their high school days that they dubbed "The Routine." Their ploy works, though they don't hear the crew say they're saving it for the outtakes.

What to wear: A low-cut tank top and tight pants for Monica and a simple long-sleeved tee and pants for Ross. Don't forget to also rewatch the episode and memorize the dance routine.

Ross in Leather Pants

Ross went on many disastrous dates during the show's run, but who could forget when he miserably suffers at a woman's apartment after deciding to try leather pants for the first time?

What to wear: A dark-coloured button-down shirt and, of course, a pair of leather (or faux-leather) pants. You may want to opt for a larger size to avoid overheating or them simply fitting too tight, though.

Chandler, Joey, and Pat the Dog

Joey's beloved ceramic dog is a running gag throughout the show, and especially more so when he and Chandler roll into Monica and Rachel's apartment (that they just lost to them in a bet) with it.

What to wear: Jeans and a t-shirt for Joey and a polo and khakis for Chandler. And if you can't find a copycat dog on wheels, a stuffed one would also do the trick.

Phoebe Performing at Central Perk

In addition to Rachel's waitressing gig, Phoebe was also a Central Park mainstay, often performing original songs with her guitar, including the classic "Smelly Cat."

What to wear: A long-sleeved shirt, dark skirt, blond wig if needed, and, of course, a guitar.

Joey as Dr. Drake Ramoray

As much as we lived for laughs from Joey Tribbiani, the gang on Friends lived for watching him in his breakout role as Dr. Drake Ramoray on Days of Our Lives.

What to wear: A lab coat and stethoscope over a button-down shirt, tie, and dress pants.

Chandler and Janice

While we're all thankful Chandler ended up with Monica, we can agree that some of the show's memorable scenes included his obnoxious ex-girlfriend, Janice.

What to wear: For Janice, a black dress and curled hair (or curly brown wig), and her signature, nasally "Oh. My. God." line. For Chandler, a button-down, dress pants, and a "please help me" look.
