Why he's a catch: Hayes has a master's degree in finance, is currently beginning his real estate career in California, and is the cofounder of LeisureLetics, an athleisure apparel company. Not only is he ridiculously good looking, Hayes is always a class-act and a complete gentleman.
What he looks for in a woman: Hayes says that there are three very noticeable qualities that can steal his heart right from the start: "One is confidence, not only in our relationship, but in her career ambitions, and in her (and my) social endeavors, and in all of her day-to-day activities. A confident woman is an attractive woman. The second quality is class. The woman I want to end up with is one of elegance and class, from using appropriate manners in each situation, and knowing exactly how to dress appropriately for any occasion.
