The musical follows a woman named Regina, who returns home after the death of her father to evict everyone in her hometown right before the holidays. However, after an interaction with an angel (played by Dolly Parton), she begins to get into the holiday spirit and has a change of heart. Not only does the film have a star-studded cast, including Christine Baranski, Jenifer Lewis, Treat Williams, Jeanine Mason, and Josh Segarra, but it includes 14 original songs from Parton.
