The scoop: From the producers of Stranger Things and based on the YA novel by Alexandra Bracken, The Darkest Minds follows 16-year-old Ruby (Hunger Games alum Amandla Stenberg) through a dystopian future where kids and teenagers are locked up in camps by the government after they start developing mysterious new abilities. The extremely powerful Ruby manages to escape her camp with a group of other kids, and they soon start building a resistance to take back their freedom.
