The last time viewers saw Chic, he is fleeing after Betty hands him to the Black Hood — and just when we thought his body had been found, it turns out to not be him. Any savvy TV viewer knows that a character's absence can mean just as much as their presence, so we're pretty sure Chic is still out there somewhere.
