On her wedding day, Kate breaks away from the family to find a spot in the woods she frequented with her dad to say a final goodbye. "Dad, I'm getting married today. And I've got to make room for Toby, so I've got to let go a little now."
Kevin makes a toast during the wedding in which he tells Kate, Randall, and Rebecca to take a deep breath to let go of all the Jack-related feelings they've held on to for decades.
