In the first film, we met Mary Poppins's jolly uncle Albert (Ed Wynn), but this time around, we meet her eccentric cousin, Topsy (Meryl Streep). As the children go to her shop to get their bowl fixed, Topsy winds up turning their whole world upside down, literally. The scene is definitely reminiscent of the song "I Love to Laugh" from the first film.
