LA 92

The acquittal of four police officers for the brutal beating of Rodney King in 1992 Los Angeles was followed by a tumultuous uprising in the city. The black citizens of LA, fed up with mistreatment and being dehumanized, took a hard stance against racism and protested throughout the city — sometimes peacefully and many other times not. LA 92 takes a close examination of what came to be known as the 1992 Los Angeles Riots.
