This chiller is reportedly based on a true story, following a troubled LAPD officer and widower (Samuel L. Jackson) who finds himself obsessed with forcing the interracial couple who just moved in next door (Patrick Wilson, Kerry Washington) out of the neighbourhood by any means necessary.
