If you loved Veronica's character, you'll appreciate the way that Amy Sherman-Palladino writes sharp and snappy women with a penchant for zingy one-liners and pop culture references in Gilmore Girls. The series follows the lives of Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, a mother-daughter duo who live in a charming small town and deal with the trials and tribulations of family. The main characters are not private eyes, but they do have a strong bond that's reminiscent of Veronica and Keith's.
