While he's not hanging around Steve at Scoops Ahoy or singing with his onscreen girlfriend, Suzie, Gaten Matarazzo will still be keeping busy. You'll hear him soon in the animated adventure film Hump alongside Ramy Youssef and Simon Pegg.
Netflix also recently announced that Matarazzo will be the executive producer of the series Prank Encounters, which will be about people getting pranked on their first day of work. While the announcement drew online backlash, Matarazzo made some clarifications regarding the show's premise, saying, "I just want to let everybody know that those who participated were fully aware it was going to be a one-day gig going in, nobody was promised a part-time or full-time job, and everybody was compensated."
