In Nate and Cal's fight in the end, Nate referred to him by a slur in reference to finding out he's had sex with young boys. Nate discovered long ago that his dad has a lot of secrets, but it seems like this is the first time he's mentioned it to his dad. Does Cal realise that Nate knows? Is that why he ran away from Nate's meltdown to hide in his office? I can't wait to see how this plays out, because Cal has gone from extremely hateable as a character to someone I'm very curious to know more about. I obviously still think he's very problematic, but throughout the first season, his troubles made him a little more human. Or maybe it's just that compared to his psychopath son, his misgivings don't seem quite as bad.
