Don't let the slightly creepy CGI put you off, because Disney's 2009 version of "A Christmas Carol" is an engrossing and moving version of Charles Dickens's classic tale thanks to stellar voice work from Jim Carrey as Scrooge. Just be warned, the Ghost of Christmas Future is so legitimately scary, it might give the little ones in your family nightmares.
