Coach Billy Baker is an integral part of All American since he serves as a father figure to Spencer and also parents his own kids, Jordan and Olivia. The heartbreaking 2019 film The Last Whistle puts the attention squarely on a coach with Billy's same fire — but he ends up facing controversy in his small town after his star player dies during practice.
