Monster hunting at its finest, Supernatural is all about brothers Sam and Dean Winchester (played by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) and their quest to destroy the demon that killed their mother. Throughout the series, their motivations frequently change as they find the demon and move on to help others. Things get even more complicated when an angel named Castiel (Misha Collins) joins their team.
