Written and directed by Bo Burnham, Eighth Grade tells the story of Kayla, an anxious 13-year-old vlogger attempting to navigate the last week of middle school. Though voted the "Most Quiet" kid in her class, Kayla posts motivational videos by night, and she has hopes of changing her reputation after attending a high school shadow program.
