This animated feature follows a young boy named Norman who can speak to ghosts, and often prefers their company to people. But when his town runs into trouble, he finds a whole new purpose for his ability. This movie shares some of "Hocus Pocus"'s quirkiness and is a great example of a Halloween film that lays on the laughs while touching on themes of self-acceptance and growing up.
