Nicole Kidman has definitely been been in the musical film scene long before she charmed us in The Prom, most prominently in Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge! across Ewan McGregor. Kidman portrays Satine, cabaret actress and courtesan who falls for a poor writer named Christian (McGregor), although her manager has set her up with the wealthy Duke (Richard Roxburgh).
