Starstruck is a new comedy series from BBC Three. It tells the story of Jessie (played by Rose Matafeo), a millennial woman living in East London who finds herself in a rather awkward 'morning-after-the-night-before' situation after realising that she accidentally slept with a famous film star called Tom (played by Nikesh Patel).
On creating the series, Matafeo said that "I'm thrilled we get to make it, otherwise it would've technically just been a creepy fan fiction script that I submitted to the national broadcaster." Already, we're hooked.
