According to a Deadline report when production began in January 2021, the entire main cast will be back for season four. That includes Rachel Brosnahan as Midge Maisel, Tony Shalhoub as Abe Weissman, Marin Hinkle as Rose Weissman, Alex Borstein as Susie Myerson, Michael Zegen as Joel Maisel, Stephanie Hsu as Mei Lin, and Luke Kirby as Lenny Bruce.
