Momoa returns as Arthur Curry, aka Aquaman. With him are Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Patrick Wilson as Orm Marius, Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, and Temuera Morrison as Thomas Curry. It's unclear how big Heard's role in the film will be amid her ongoing legal battle with Johnny Depp. Abdul-Mateen II plays the villain, Black Manta.
The cast also include Dolph Lundgren, Randall Park, Indya Moore, and Pilou Asbæk. Affleck will reprise his role as Batman, aka Bruce Wayne.
